We care deeply about the youth of our community. That’s why FCC Youth hosts several different ministry programs that focus on students in grades 7-12. Behind each program is a team of committed adults who have a heart for teens. Come check things out and you might even see a familiar face!
Most Sunday evenings, from September to May, at 5:00 pm. If you are in high school and play a musical instrument or sing we would love to have you come out and share your talent. Thank you to Karen Keates for your leadership in this program.
All kids in grade 7 – 12 are welcome to the Small Group meeting at the church most Sunday evenings, from September to May, at 6:30 pm. Supper is provided followed by a Bible study led by Jenn Barg and Alan Myles.
TEEN DROP IN CENTRE
Breton Faith Covenant Church is excited for our new venture to reach the needs of the teens of Breton and area! The primary purpose of the youth centre is to invest in the lives of young people ages 12 – 18 by providing a safe community to belong to, to meet other teens, and have the support of adult mentors. It is an environment to come and just be; to find a place to belong! We will offer a variety of activities, food, and opportunities to maximize their potential and discover hope!
PLEASE SEE THE WEBSITE CALENDAR FOR DATES
Parents are invited to the coffee house upstairs, to meet with other adults while the teens are at the drop in centre downstairs!
Please contact the church at 780-696-3669, for details.
All ages meet together, from September to May, first thing from 9:45 – 10:00 am then we break off into our own classes. We will have games/activities, bible lessons, and conversation/prayer. All are welcome as we explore what it means to follow Jesus as household family and a church family. Our Sunday morning church service happens afterwards, so please join us and check it out!
